Details
From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC; en-US; rv:0.9.6) Gecko/20011120
BuildID: 20011120
Since mozilla 0.9.5, when mozilla is in the background and I want to use the
keyboard for example -typing a text in applework or word or just make shorcuts
in the finder like cmd-c (copy) or cmd-o (open) or anythink exep the F-keys,
mozilla intercept all pressed key and nothing append. Can't type my text or use
shorcuts. For example, when mozilla is in background and i'm in applework, if a
do cmd-q (for quit applework) instead it quit mozilla. Then, when mozilla is
quit I can use the keyboard again -typing text etc.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open mozilla
2.Open anything else or just left mozilla in the background
3.see what happen
Actual Results: Keyboard stop to work
Expected Results: Should not block the keyboard when in background, duh !
There're many work-around but not work all the time.
1-you can try to swicht to another application without hiddind mozilla
2-you can try to swicht to mozilla and then came back to your application
without hiddind mozilla
3-If you ared currently download, try to make the download window the frontmost one
I use Mac OS 9.2.1 and 9.2.2 on an ibook 500 and imac 333
WorksForMe using Mac/2001112011 (0.9.6), but I've seen this reported already.
DupeMe.
