Looks like Bug #1051842 has risen from the dead and it isn't even
Halloween yet.
Does this happens when you're dismissing the password manager (bug 1138678)? Note that Socorro doesn't catch signatures containing brackets (bug 703102).
No this happens when logging into LastPass same symptoms as Bug #1051842

The core issue is password fields in chrome content (the bugzilla login or, in this case, LastPass addon).
