1140690 - DASH-IF test player gets stuck rebuffering when seeking multiple times in "Caption Test" video stream (and leaks URLs)

STR:
1. Using a debug build, load http://dashif.org/reference/players/javascript/1.1.2/index.html
2. Select the first stream, "Caption Test".
3. Play the video.
4. While the video is playing, quickly seek ahead and back a couple times on the playback progress bar.

RESULT:

The video gets stuck rebuffering. When I quit Firefox, I sometimes see warnings about leaked URLs:

Also, I don't know if this is expected behavior because of the way the DASH-IF test's "Caption Test" video (bug 1140690) was encoded, but the video can take almost five seconds before the boxy MPEG artifiacts and green color clear up after seeking.

I don't see the rebuffering or green video problems in Chrome.
