User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:36.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/36.0 Build ID: 20150305021524 Steps to reproduce: I just clic in the Firefox Menu button (right corner of the browser UI). This is happening after installing Firefox 36.0. I've been expecting Firefox 36.0.1 to solve this but the problem remains. Actual results: It opens but next "closes" just showing 4 buttons: Connect to Sync, Customize, Help and Exit. Expected results: It should have shown all the options in the menu. I have to use the top menu to be able to open the Settings, etc.

Thanks for taking the time to report this! Does the problem still happen if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? (Safe Mode disables extensions and themes, hardware acceleration and some JavaScript stuff in order to exclude some possible reasons for problems. It does not disable plugins which are add-ons.) See http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode And does this also happen with a new and empty profile? See http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic%20Troubleshooting#w_8-make-a-new-profile and http://support.mozilla.org/kb/Managing%20profiles

probably dup of bug 1029937
Yes, I can confirm is the same bug as 1029937 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1029937, caused by a badged button (PushBullet addon in my case). Still happening in Firefox 37.
