https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=apikey https://bugzilla.readthedocs.org/en/latest/api/core/v1/general.html#authentication We should add support for apikeys and remove support for adding passwords directly to the hgrc (we can keep support for cookies from the firefox profile).
(In reply to Ed Morley [:edmorley] from comment #0) > and remove support for adding passwords directly to the hgrc That part is bug 1085362.
Summary: Add support for Bugzilla's new api keys to mozhg/auth.py → [mozhg] Add support for authenticating using Bugzilla's new api keys
Mark: Are these new API keys safe to use?
Flags: needinfo?(mcote)
Yup, they're stable. We plan on adding more supporting features (for example, to authorize web apps), but the core functionality shouldn't change and is perfect for API usage like this.
Flags: needinfo?(mcote)

These are now supported
