Reproducible on latest Nightly 39.0a1 with e10s enabled
Platform: Mac OS X 10.9.5
After accepting to kill process when "A web page is causing Nightly to run slowly. What do you like to do?" message is displayed, 2 new issues are visible:
1. The 'Restore All Crashed Tabs' option doesn't work as expected - the crash report is submitted, but tabs are not restored.
2. [intermittent] unable to write nor copy/paste (via keyboard) in the URL bar & Search bar for a while (~ 2 minutes)

Does the dialog stay visible after you've clicked on it? If so is it visible in all spaces, and over all apps? You may be seeing something like I reported at bug 1130976 comment #6.

Steven, what dialog are you referring to? Did you also get the chance to look at the screencast (http://goo.gl/gKpQzX) ? :)

The one you talk about in comment #0, which says "A web page is
causing Nightly to run slowly. What do you like to do?".

I hadn't, but just now I did.
Videos of bugs are almost always useless, so I rarely look at them.
Your video is better than average, but still much less informative
than a detailed description would have been. But it *does* tell me
that there isn't any dialog that stays visible after the bug happened
-- or at least I think so.
So now I know that the answer to all my questions in comment #1 is
"no". And the problem you report is (probably) unrelated to what I
saw in bug 1130976 comment #6.
But just now I saw another couple of recently reported bugs that might
also be related -- bug 1137229 and bug 1138466. They're recent
regressions, and you're bug might also be one.
So please try to find a regression range for your bug, in
mozilla-central nightlies.

Never mind. I think we've now figured out bug 1137229 and bug 1138466.
