Created attachment 8574759 [details] logcat_20150309_0959.txt Description: There are a few places where you are required to put in a password (such as wifi, FXA, email). There is an option to show the password as you type it. Clicking on this option will dismiss the keyboard and you must tap back in the password field to get it back. This seems unnecessary as the only thing to do here is to enter the password, so the user will need the keyboard up. To dismiss the keyboard because of tapping on 'show password' will only create extra keystrokes for the user and that is something we should avoid as it reduces user experience. Repro Steps: (example) 1) Update a Flame to 20150309010232 2) Proceed through the FTU to Wifi and select a secured Wifi 3) On the password screen tap the password field if keyboard is not automatically up 4) Tap on Show Password Actual: Keyboard dismisses Expected: keyboard will not dismiss from tapping 'show password' Environmental Variables: Device: Flame Master Build ID: 20150309010232 Gaia: fea83511df9ccba64259346bc02ebf2c417a12c2 Gecko: eab4a81e4457 Gonk: e7c90613521145db090dd24147afd5ceb5703190 Version: 39.0a1 (Master) Firmware Version: v188-1 User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Mobile; rv:39.0) Gecko/39.0 Firefox/39.0 Repro frequency: 100% See attached: logcat, video: http://youtu.be/Vf-lLkTwkFg
