1141206 - Honour browser.zoom.full preference on mobile firefox

In the preferences would be useful to allow text-zoom only for readabilty reasons during zooming the page on mobile device.

Currently it works on desktop with browser.zoom.full preference but not in mobile device. So the algorhytm is done just needs to add to the handheld code as well.

The actual problem is: when we zoom the page on phone, it overflows on the screen and hard to read and requires horizontal scolling.

Note that a "reflow-on-zoom" behaviour, which is similar to the desktop full zoom but would only zoom text, was implemented in the past (bug 710298), but was since removed (bug 847872, bug 900564). I'm not sure what the current status of this feature is.
