Wunderlist's Marketplace listing does not show a Developer Name (https://marketplace.firefox.com/developers/app/wunderlist-2/edit), which should be auto-populating from their manifest (https://www.wunderlist.com/manifest.webapp). 

As a result, I am unable to begin an IARC rating cert for Wunderlist (https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/wunderlist-2/) as the Developer Name is required to begin this process.

It looks like someone tried to refresh the manifest recently but in the logs there is an error:

Manifests must be served with the HTTP header "Content-Type: application/x-web-app-manifest+json". See https://developer.mozilla.org/docs/Web/Apps/Manifest#Serving_manifests for more information.

If the HTTP header is correct it is possible the developer name would update. This app appears to be old (uploaded in 2013) and may not have had the developer name set correctly back then.

Once the HTTP header is fixed the refresh button is at the URL mentioned in comment 0 when you click the "edit" button in the "Basic Information" section next to the Manifest URL.
