Based on discussion with Bobby Holley (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1137947#c1), it is better to migrate all our usages of makeObjectPropertiesNormal and createObjectIn to the normal object creation and then use cloneInto to target content. This will automatically expose (exportFunctions) and make complex objects available to the content. The chrome code has to use resulting object properties after that.
