Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to https://marketplace.allizom.org/reviewers/apps/ and refresh page many times

Expected results:
Page title is always correctly displayed

Actual results:
Sometimes the page title is not correctly displayed

NOTES:
This bug is intermittent. I was not able to isolate a specific pattern in order to reproduce it
