Details

Something broke on the server side as it's not possible to launch Spark clusters anymore. I.e. "https://telemetry-dash.mozilla.org/cluster/new" returns internal server error. Also note that ckolos reminded me that everything in old-dev/us-west-2 is going to be killed.
