This module speaks the Sync storage protocol, allowing for upload and download of records when supplied with appropriate tokens and keys.

In order to make batch downloads interruptible, we very likely want to extend the Sync 1.5 protocol to return not just an offset, but also an absolute timestamp/version for resuming. I'll chat to Tarek about this sometime.
