114185 - Bugzilla ignores selects in "Version"

On the URL above (Ximian Bugzilla, I can't see their version),
try, for example, to select "Evolution" as Product, select
ALL of "Status", select the following three in "Version":
"1.0", "1.0.0.99", "unspecified".

Click on "Submit Query" (sorted by bug number).

The selection of the versions will be ignored. The list will
produce thousands of bugs, starting with bug no. 1.

And if I click the "Back" button in my browser (Mozilla-0.9.6),
all my settings on /query.cgi are still there, *except*
those three in the "Version" select box, which is empty.

Bug in Bugzilla or Mozilla-0.9.6?

Sounds more like a bug in Ximian Bugzilla.

The reason you get this result is because there are thousands of 'unspecified'
bugs. Search on '1.0 and 1.0.0.99' and you get a very reasonable result. As far
as going forward and back; that's a consequence of an upstream bug that I know
is filed and I believe is resolved, but which we have not patched yet and will
not until bugzilla 2.16 is resolved upstream.
