flash the v18d_nightly_v2 to the device and i will not update ota

2.) setup and connect to wifi

Actual results:
there are no updates found. I have checking the logcat and it is just saying no updates found.

Expected results:
It should have found the updates on the ota and put the device up to date.

Okay, this problem has been solved. The OTA was still down and Nhirata and I were unsure. I am marking as invalid.
