I know this site has movable layers which show in IE5 and Netscape 4.7 but they
don't show in my version of mozzila.  if you scroll down to the bottom of the
page the text appears there but not in a movable layer.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.going back to the site

Actual Results:  the layers still did not function

Expected Results:  the layers should be visible and movable

Site thinks Mozilla is Netscape4 and gives us broken javascript to execute.

I have Windows XP as my OS, Mozilla Build ID 2001121909 version 0.9.7+ and have
incured somewhat of the same problem on a Windows OS.
