I am doing a presentation at a university and I would like to show them how easy it is to contribute to firefox.

The patch removes two useless declarations. Found by clang & scan-build

I think it's probably helpful to leave these to show what's needed to keep the matrix data in a state that shows what parts we've decomposed but is otherwise consistent.

Then again, the spec has changed a good bit, and is now:
