Steps to reproduce:

Tried to drag the <video> tag from https://twitter.com/tomburns/status/573559934337597440 to my desktop. (Using Mac OS X 10.10.2). 


Actual results:

Nothing.


Expected results:

The video should have been downloaded to my desktop. (Just like how drag and drop on <img> tags work).

I don't think that is a bug, because you don't have this option on Firefox, but it can be a good idea for the future versions.
