Instruction on localizing the files:

There are two sets of files that make up the site. 
**.  Source file for web content*: https://localize.mozilla.org/projects/masterfirefoxos/
1). Localize the strings, make sure to click VCS to Commit link so the strings will be pushed to github.  See the attached screenshot.
2). DO NOT click the Template link. 

**. Source file for video content*:

Follow the steps to complete localization: You need to create an account to access them.

1. open the video on Amara
2. click on the language on the left
3. click on Edit subtitles on the right (top), translate, make changes
4. click on the "Publish" button where it explains how to complete a translation

click the link whenever you are ready to commit the localized strings (assuming they are being reviewed by peer).

For the videos, we will try to find a voice talent locally to do audio recording.  Once the recordings are done, they will be ready for your review and signoff.

Is there a neutral accent that can be used across the Arabic speaking countries?  Please advise!

Across the Arabic countries we use the classical Arabic which understood by everyone and actually the one we use in our localisation

Thank you Mahmood.  You need to do the command mentioned in comment #1.  Right now the work is not in github.  Could you click on the VCS button and comment in the bug once you did that?

Per discussion via email regarding consistency with the actual product we deliver, here is the site to check the terms: https://transvision.mozfr.org/ (select Gaia 2.0, select target locale "ar".  Type UI terms you find questionable, you should be able to see the search results. Find the relevant to replace it with.

Also, we need the following strings localized for the Intro video with some bullet points (:23): 
- Set native language
- Control data usage
- Personalize ringtones
- Download locally relevant apps

Let me know if the Web content part has been reviewed and is ready for push to production.  We can push out the videos out at a later date when they are ready.   Web Dev team would not push code out on Fridays.
