[1.Description]:
[RTL][v2.2 & v3.0][Contacts]The email box should follow LTR when you input an email address. When you enter ".", "/" or other characters, it appears at the left end until we type another character.

1. Launch Contact
2. Tap + to add a new contact.
3. Input an email address in email box.

Bug 1137715 is a P1 and blocking 2.2+ - triaging this one the same since it's and often used feature
This is a recurring issue across the OS in RTL

This problem also exist at FTE. When you enter ".", "@" or other characters into email box at FTE "Create Account or sign in" view, these characters appear at the left end until we type another character.
