The reporter tried to test this WebRTC app https://apprtc.appspot.com/ and FF fails to detect his Logitech QuickCam Messenger webcam. He tried with another Logitech webcam, it worked perfectly.

Are you still experiencing this issue?
If so, what version of Linux Mint (https://www.linuxmint.com/download_all.php) & Firefox are you currently using? Please paste the User Agent from the Troubleshooting Information section.
