Bucket policy is already set up and working (both stage and prod processors can read the private symbols bucket)

Make production processor read from S3, this is the same as we did for stage and have been testing for a few weeks (bug 1131083) Most of the verbosity of the patch is that we need to switch to BreakpadStackwalkerRule2015 as part of this.

This will take a little bit to roll out, I am going to restart on one processor first and watch it, before rolling it out on the rest.

I have rolled this out and verified that symbolication is working for all processors. 01 has been running for several hours, no exceptions or timeouts, and the symbol cache (/tmp/symbols) is staying right around 30GB like it should.
