SVG will be landing RSN. Alex <alex.fritze@crocodile-clips.com> has agreed to become default assignee, and I'll be default QA contact for this component. [this isn't module ownership; I sort of mentioned that in passing to staff@m.o last month, but didn't say so explicitly. I'll send that email now]
