Upgrading to Rabbit 3.x would be useful in various ways.

We are not going to be upgrading to Rabbit 3.x at this time. It may be useful, but the application use cases are limited and we're better off moving applications that depend on it to AWS/Nubis, at which point the application developers will need to switch to Amazon SQS.
