+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1096908 +++

Issue:
Security errors (HSTS, HPKP, Weak signature algorithm warnings) don't show in private windows.

STR:
1) Open a private window
2) Navigate to a page that will give a security message in the web console (e.g. this one: https://people.mozilla.org/~mgoodwin/error/ )
3) Observe the lack of errors in the web console

Expected results:
The message "The site specified an invalid Strict-Transport-Security header." should appear in the web console. See the same STR for a non-private window for an example of this.
