Steps how to reproduce with EN-US Seamonkey 2.33 Build 20150308222025 (Default Theme) on German WIN7 64bit

1. Install Add-on "Remote XUL Manager 1.2.4" (installs without problems
   although "not available for Seamonkey 2.3.3" is shown on download page
2. Menu 'Tools  ► Add-on Manager ► Remote XUL Manager ► Options ► [add] ► 
   www.seamonkey.at'
   To whitelist that domain because of "Bug 1141930 - Website: 
   "Seamonkey deutsch" sidebar Tab shows XUL error message. Need to add
   "Remote XUL/XBL" permission for remote XUL page"
3. From <http://www.seamonkey.at/sidebar/addpanel.html> install
   Sidebar "Seamonkey deutsch"
   » New sidebar panel will appear
4. Do mouseover for the listed items
   » color for text changes at mouse pointer position
4. Click a text
   Expected: Hyperlink works, shows info, whatever
   Bug: Nothing happens

a) I can't tell whether that is a website problem or a SeaMonkey problem

a): Seems to be a Sidebar website contents problem. Same result when I test 
    with Firefox for <http://www.seamonkey.at/sidebar/sidebar.xul>
    My JavaScript works fine, I tested with <http://www.w3schools.com/jsref/tryit.asp?filename=tryjsref_regexp_test2>

According to KaiRo, this sidebar panel is unmaintained. Unless you or someone else takes over the ownership you're out of luck.
