Steps to reproduce:

1、Timing starts rotating the phone in hand 
2、To the interface changes over time 
3、Record the time required to screen rotation 


Actual results:

sp7715ea_v2.1 test results ：
1.831s
1.819s
1.844s
Average time ：1.83

Flame ：
1.425
1.338
1.425
Average time ：1.396


Expected results:

7715 takes no extra Flame, 7715 performance as good as Flame

So this happens on rotating the phone when in the browser, or happens whenever you rotate the phone?

It also happens whenever rotate the phone.  

the 2.1 phone is always slower than the flame more than 30%.
