Steps to reproduce:

In Save dialog, CMD+Shift+G opens the "Go to" dialog box. Enter "~" and press enter.


Actual results:

Error beep and the message "The folder can't be found".


Expected results:

It should go to the user's home folder. This works as expected in other apps.

Also please download the Firefox Nightly from here: https://nightly.mozilla.org/ and retest the problem.
