Steps to reproduce:
Upgraded SeaMonkey 2.32.1 to 2.33.
Opened web page in Composer using Ctrl+E. Composer window opened as usual. Made changes to web page and hit print preview.
Actual results:
The preparing print dialog appeared and stalled - the preview window did not open. Tried to print directly without using print preview and nothing would happen.
I then went back to the Browser window for this same web page and print worked normally.
Expected results:
Print preview would bring up a preview window and then I could either print from there or close it and make further changes.
I uninstalled 2.33 and reverted back to 2.32.1 and the print preview in Composer now works normally.
