Details
When a bookmark keyword is used, most of the URL passed to the '%s' of the
bookmark is encoded correctly, however '+' is not encoded. This is a problem,
as '+' is considered a space in a URL. It should be encoded as '%2B'.

This bug is a duplicate of bug 123006. (Although this was reported first, the
other bug has been assigned and has some useful comments).
