We changed to broadcasting form, pageStyle, and scroll position data in Firefox 29. Now with Firefox 39, 10 releases and 2 ESRs later (38 is the latest one) I think we can stop supporting old data formats and clean up some code. We'll have to fix some tests that didn't need to be updated until now but that's not a lot of work.
