From discussion with :rhelmer: * Need something to poll Hive and make that data available to Postgres * probably need to upload to an S3 bucket, and then pull into Postgres in a separate step because of the credentials issues
Figured this out over in bug 1139242 - we have a VM living in SCL that can push straight to PG in AWS
