Hi Biraj, You need to to create an account in order to be able to localize the document. You can do it online or download and copy/paste later on. https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Marketplace/Publishing/Marketplace_review_criteria$locales. Choose the locale on the left and you will be redirected to the page where you can localize the content.
