Travis CI is decent but not really geared to a project of Bugzilla's size.  Furthermore, debugging the system is difficult, since it is owned by a third party.

Leveraging the lessons learned there and the new docker image, we should try migrating BMO's CI to Taskcluster, which has neither of the above limitations.

If this goes smoothly, we can consider migrating upstream Bugzilla as well.
