Steps to reproduce
------------------

Vertically resize the window viewport

or

Right-click and select "Inspect Element (Q)"


Actual results in Firefox 39.0a1 buildID=20150312145815

The green bar seems to be duplicated and the duplicated bar is 16px wider and appears to have a 10x10 red square. 


Expected result
---------------

There should be no duplicated green bar.

- I've searched for duplicates and did not find any

This reflow behavior was FIXED in bug 1144501 (see bug 1144501 comment 3 ). 
I get expected result when I use Firefox 40.0a1 buildID=20150422165714

Resolving accordingly.
