114460 - query for "added comment" also catches "added to cc list"

Querying for bugs where a particular user added a comment also retrieves bugs
where that user was added to the cc list.  This makes no sense, especially since
adding a user to a cc list does not require a comment.

I'm not seeing it on http://landfill.tequilarista.org - a search for
"[e-mail] added comment" does not catch
http://landfill.tequilarista.org/bugzilla-tip/show_bug.cgi?id=326.

It does, however, catch
http://landfill.tequilarista.org/bugzilla-tip/show_bug.cgi?id=368 , which I
filed and so the initial comment is from me. This is the same as currently -
e.g. a query on b.m.o for me adding a CC catches bug 104313 (that took a while
to find ;-), but is it the right thing to do?

Hmm, I don't see it anymore either.  The query that demonstrated the problem was
more complex, so perhaps I extrapolated incorrectly.  I'll resolve this one
WORKSFORME until I can reproduce it again.
