I noticed this bug while dogfooding, and is quite annoying for me. Not sure if somebody else is having the same issue. Video attached, as is hard to explain. STR 1.- Go to a large webpage (Facebook, CNN, ...) 2.- Scroll down and stop as if you find something interesting you want to read. Expected: The rocketbar remains collapsed Actual: The rocketbar quickly expands and collapses

Nope, but didn't work on the scrollgrab stuff. Chris maybe?

Marking as a dupe of bug 1138896 - we basically have no jitter correction or thresholding for expanding/collapsing the rocketbar, but the way we've implemented it makes it very hard to do so. I've got some experimental branches in the duped bug.
