Updating multiple bugs. This is a valid UI issue. Would be nice to have it fixed
if time allows.

can't use 'H' as an access key.  I know the spec shows to use 'H', but it's out
of date.  'H' is reserved for the Help button now.

You could use 'O' instead.  The Okay button has the enter/return key hooked up
to it, so it's okay.

Verified FIXED with trunk builds 2002-11-02-08 on Windows 2000 and RedHat 8.0
Linux with both Classic and Modern.  Mac OS X doesn't have mnemonics on buttons,
it seems.
