We would like to create a funnelcake build to test distributing Firefox via BitTorrent to see if the conversion rates to install are higher compared to our current CDN network. We will probably targeting specific countries where the internet speed is lower. The locale, fx version, and OS are TBD will be known soon. Once we have a clear test plan together, we'll update this bug with more information.
