I'm bisecting now, and it looks like bug 1114935 caused this - I should have final results in a little while.
Chris, see also bug 1144622
Bisecting finished - I couldn't get the exact commit because unfortunately the patches in bug 1114935 only build once they're all applied. The results, running on gecko-dev: There are only 'skip'ped commits left to test. The first bad commit could be any of: 2fb4034541ab49aa6cf72f9dfe01b24994342349 2d01d315a1add15c9e380a34c9cf0510f3c4211c bb7c33d747ad000a0352dc0eebe3ab52a3bf7c5e 5c120f9d5c5b5d83968239d14acefbc9f67a5028 ad571c7972dbac15ad4fc4a88f6174b4aa67f359 9613ce77bbef11d0d99d55793df3a18adf57a8e3 9c97114480cfde4d8a59a9d4c960a58986a8886f 3fe57cbbde62b8908cf4c9476eaea229c6d43b17 59b9d089a57c36808f1f2fe71131e0c5cd4c1e58 b75f39a9065f871ad904f74b65724b3e9a217abf We cannot bisect more! Bug 1144622 sounds similar, but a different bug has been identified, so I'm not duping for now. I can confirm that backing out bug 1114935 on master fixes this problem.
Bug 1114935 has been backed out.
