Currently this link points to:

https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/contribute/page/

Which contains the old contribute form and some out of date links.

Jen and I discussed and agree we should instead point to:

https://wiki.mozilla.org/Webdev/GetInvolved/mozilla.org

We can then remove /contribute/page/

We can keep "Contribute to this page" string, so no l10n needed.

Bug 1144949 - Use "Contribute to this site" for all locales

It’s now localized in 57 locales ( ~90% of our l10n user base). Time to
remove the switch.
