Steps to reproduce:
Settings->Language - Trying to set Azerbaijani
Actual results:
Name of Language should be "Azərbaycanca", but instead there is name of Country "Azərbaycan".

I'm asking because I'm sure this name is coming from Android.

Nexus 5, Android 5.0.1 (now updating to 5.1)

Oh yeah, I'm 99% sure that's pulled in from Android too. Perhaps rnewman can confirm before we close this bug.
