Build 2001-12-10 Overview: Offline, 'Download and Sync Messages' dialogs should have minimum size, that users can not resize the dialog smaller than specific minimum size. Steps to reproduce: File|Offline|Download and Sync Messages. Decrease the dialog size and check all controls on the dialog. Actual Results: You can see very small but not functional area. Expected Results: Fixed size of the dialogs. Additional Information: The same as Subscribe dialog (bug 114496).
