114534 - Labels: Lots of extra painting when dragging the folder or message pane splitters

I'm using the 12/10 build on NT 4.0

I am using Labels.  Scroll a folder such that only messages that are labelled
appear in the thread pane.

Now, resize the folder pane or message pane using the appropriate splitter.  See
that the painting is really slow.  The thread pane keeps flashing all grey and
then shows the messages.

Now scroll the thread pane such that no messages are labelled.  Repeat the same
steps with the splitter and see that there's no extra painting.

cc'ing David because he made a bunch of painting changes recently and might have
suggestions about this.

I can't reproduce this consistently.  I still see it every once and a while but
it's not that big of a deal.

I don't see this - except the column headers which has nothing to do with labels.
