There might be some react 0.13 breakages that affects us. In particular I fear some may affect the horribly complicated state utilities we have crafted (I really want to make those nicer). Anyways, I recently retired react 0.13 with react-bootstrap and babel didn't find any issues.
taskcluster-tools uses babeljs for compilation. This landed a while ago...
