Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the http://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/ page
2. Click the "Open menu" button of the browser
3. Click the "Developer" button
4. Choose the "Responsive Design View"
5. Choose the 1440x900 screen resolution
6. Look at scroll bar below


Actual results:

Scroll bar is shown after resize the screen resolution in the footer of the site


Expected results:

The scroll bar is not shown in the 1440x900 screen resolution (this screen resolution is one of the most popular)

This is not a security bug.

1440 is wider than your browser window so it's giving you a scroll bar.  This isn't a bug.
