[1.Description]:
[Flame][v2.2&3.0][Email]There are two Same accounts listed in Account list if we tap Cancel button and then tap Next button when we back from Setting up account page.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Open Email.
2. Type account in New account page.
3. Tap Manual setup button.
4. Complete the necessary fields and tap Next button.
5. Tap Cancel button when Setting up account page pops up. 
6. Tap Next button until setup email completes.
7. Open Account list and view it.



[3.Expected Result]: 
7. There is only one account listed.

[4.Actual Result]: 
7. There are two Same accounts listed.
