Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the http://addons-dev.allizom.org page
2. Click the "Log in" button in the header of the page
3. Choose the Russian language in the footer of the page
4. Leave the "Адрес эл. почты" and "Пароль" fields empty
5. Click the "Войти" button
6. Look at the text of the tooltip


Actual results:

The  "Please fill out this field."  tooltip is not translated into Russian in the Log in page


Expected results:

The tooltip text is translated into Russian

For example in Google Chrome it's translated for me too, but in FF 36.0.4 it is still not.

In this case it has nothing to do with translation. It's AMO bug.
