Per a meeting today, repomgr.ateam.phx1 isn't needed anymore.
If we can have an ack from someone for posterity, we'll get the decom process going (we'll leave it powered off for ~1 week to make sure it's not a mistake).

There is some broken automation on this machine which seems to have been intended to mirror dxr from github to http://hg.mozilla.org/projects/dxr.  I don't think we need this any longer, but NI Erik to confirm.

No NFS, no netvault.  Not monitored in nagios, so powering off and waiting for a week before actually deleting.

No zeus, removed from puppet manifests/nodes/ateam.pp in change 103008.
