Steps to reproduce:

Open x86 version of Nightly or Firefox in Windows 10 TP build 10041.



Actual results:

Browser UI is cropped a few pixels from every side in maximized mode.
Issue is fixed after setting application compatibility to Windows 8 or lower.
Issue is not present in x64 version of browser.

The latest available Win 10 build for Insiders is 10074 and there it's still not fixed and bug is present (in x86 version Firefox only).

Looks good to me in the latest Win 10 build 10122. Probably we should mark it as resolved.
